3rd stage cyclones System
Jaragua supplied, on a Turn-Key contract, the 3rd stage of Cyclones for Fluidized catalytic cracking Unit U-1250, with a capacity of 275,355 kg/h of gas flow, inlet temperature of 620 ° C and total weight of 290 ton.
Jaragua was involved in all stages of the project: detail design, manufacturing and installation.
Among the main equipments manufactured for this plant, we highlight the 3rd stage vessel with 8.5 m in diameter and 12 m high, inner refractory lining with 125 mm of thickness.
Inside of the vessel were assembled 12 cyclones, also with a refractory lining 25 mm thick, with a total weight of 110 ton.
